1. Lodge Reservations & Accommodation

All bookings for our retreat are subject to availability. To secure your cosy accommodation, a deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be settled prior to your arrival. Check-in is available from early afternoon, allowing you time to settle in before exploring the frozen lake.

2. Ice Fishing & Winter Activities

For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, specific rules apply to all activities by the frozen lake:

• Guests must attend a brief safety orientation before participating in ice fishing.
• All provided equipment must be used responsibly and returned to the lodge in good condition.
• Access to the frozen lake is strictly monitored; guests must adhere to designated safe zones and timings as instructed by our guides.
• Activities are weather-dependent. We reserve the right to modify or suspend ice fishing sessions if conditions present a safety risk.

3. Cancellations & Modifications

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your stay, please notify us as early as possible. Cancellations made well in advance will be eligible for a full refund of the deposit. Late cancellations may incur a fee to cover preparations made for your visit. Modifications to your dates are subject to lodge availability.

4. Guest Responsibilities

We strive to maintain a peaceful environment for all visitors. Guests are expected to respect the natural surroundings, wildlife, and fellow visitors. Any damage to the accommodation or shared facilities may result in additional charges.
